This book is about preparation of a development project proposal for a developing country,Fiji.In the project design,risk analysis is one of the basic component.For an effective project management social analysis, stakeholders analysis and sectoral analysis should be conducted during the project designing.A well designed project proposal easily attracts the attention of international donors¿ attention as well as the attention of the governmental bodies of the concern country. This book is based on an imaginary project that would be implemented by a Fijian NGO and the Fijian Government and that would be funded by the donor agency AusAID.The project is a community based bio-gas project which would be implemented in a remote and isolated Fijian village. Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) strategy outline is communicated via various medium.It is a culturally viable project.
