The emergence of drug resistance to the high level among bacterial pathogens, such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as threatening problem of MDR strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosos, led the natural product research to be expended significantly.
