No doubt you've experienced the highs and lows of life-we all do, and there's no changing that. However, what about those continually fighting to get through the day? Those who struggle with suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), the death of loved ones, and more? How does one cope with the soul-crushing realization that one's life seems so minuscule in the grand scheme?

For some, therapy is the answer. For others, they write in their journals, punch a bag, or play video games. Some seek counsel from a friend, no matter how near or far they may be. The thing is, my friends, suicide is such a taboo-mental health is often looked down upon and receives the silent treatment. People seem to care only when it affects them or a beloved celebrity. I am here to put the words before your eyes and listen to others ready to leave their darkness behind and push on to better days.
