When Angelia was twenty, Barrone and Angelia began writing sensuous love letters to each other. Barrone adored Angelia and she adored him. She begged her father to let her marry at twenty, but that was not in the contract. Barrone lived in a thirty-room mansion in Tuscany, Italy.
