She's written two books of poems, Still Life and Evidence, published by the Washington Writers Publishing House. Over the years, her work has appeared in The Hudson Review, upstreet, Gargoyle, The Wisconsin Review, Poet Lore and Haunted Waters, and anthologies including Writes of Passage and Electric Grace. Her work has been nominated for two Pushcart Prizes. She finished her 31year career in the Legislative and Executive branches of the U.S. Government in 2007 and lives with her daughter in Reston, Virginia.
