Later, wandering onto a strange road, she meets an altruistic mechanic named Paul Zimmons and immediately poisons him with the Bloboid Essence. With the disappearances of a human and a Demon, Helensview County and the town of Grain's Plains are thrust into a new horror: the potential for a new war between the two factions to ignite.
