RJ works as a mindfulness guide writing custom meditations opening pathways to ease for clients of all ages. Working with children inspires RJ to write stories sparking conversations on sometimes difficult topics and allowing space for insights into mindful actions. Her hope is these revelations will allow children to guide each of us to a world full of creative thought and heartfelt connection to others. She holds a BA in English with a Creative Writing minor from West Virginia University. She is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Cornell-Certified Wellness Counselor, and has a 200-hour certificate in yoga therapy.
