The proposed ten laboratory works present the most urgent issues of modern information security systems development. By performing the laboratory works, students gain a deep understanding and ability to use the basic mechanisms designed to ensure the data protection, and are crucial to becoming specialist in the branch of cybersecurity. Laboratory works are performed using a modern programming language Python 3.x. In general, the implementation of the presented laboratory works gives to the student the opportunity to create and use cybersecurity software, understanding of the basic actions performed by attackers to damage an information system, as well as the main actions to be performed by specialists of the cybersecurity service.
