Dreams. Most girls spend their entire lives hoping their dreams will, someday, come true. Bri (Bee) Masters isn't one of them. Every dream she'd ever had has come true.....unless she found a way to stop it. There are only two people in her life that know about her dreams: her mom and her best friend, Jarred (Jay) Barber. Whether the dreams are a blessing or a curse, divine intervention or clairvoyant dreams rooted in Louisiana magic, Bri doesn't care. Her goal in life is to make it through her senior year without drawing attention to herself. She finds herself dateless to the prom after her boyfriend and shortstop on the high school baseball team, Jason Frost, dumped her for another girl. She turns to the one person she had trusted since kindergarten: Jay. He's furious at Jason for hurting Bee. Not only is she his best friend, she's been the girl of his dreams for as long as he could remember. Since Jay's the catcher for the baseball team, he makes it his mission to take care of Jason. Jason was going to be kidnapped. Jay's torn between hating Jason and knowing he has to help Bee save him.
