Welcome to Electronic Learning in Higher Education - A Reader. This book presents selected readings of research on electronic learning (e-learning) integration and usage in higher educational institutions. The book is structured in four parts. Part One presents an overview of electronic learning and examines the integration of e-learning in a higher educational institution (HEI) in the Philippines using the activity theory approach. Part Two presents a research on the use of videos to support learning in a University in Ghana. This study assesses the perceptions and attitudes of students at the University of Ghana towards the use of videos as a medium for teaching and learning. Part Three presents a mapping of the state of e-learning in the University of Ghana.
