Meanwhile, he confronts his own repressed history of abuse. Back at the station things are crazy as usual. Jim's ladder truck crashes and hangs off a bridge over icy water. He and his captain are rescued from a "Flashover" fire in an attic. Jim's medivac helicopter is shot down and forced to crash land on a bridge, and Jim and his partner Concrete Charlie are beaten senseless by three brawling strippers. During all this, Jim tries to win back his ex-fiance from the hands of a handsome Doctor.
