The book ''Human Challenge'' is all about catastrophe that engulfed humanity in the form of a Monster. This monster poses so much of threats to the entire human race. Several strategies were carried out in order to tramp him and stop his existence but the monster proved impeccable to all the humans effort to bring him down, but that do not deterred mans effort to win the battle. After years of man's relentless efforts, the monster was finally brought down on his kneel, and normalcy is restored to the entire human race. The monster in the book and the threats it poses to the entire human race signified AIDS and the problems it created to the entire nations. Aids first started from a particular area and individual, before the world could know what is happening, it has already degenerated to the entire nations of the world with severe damages. So also did the monster start its nefarious work from a particular community, and before we could know it, it has spread into several nations with dangerous threats to the entire cosmos. Man's inability to contend or defeat the monster at first was as a result of lack of in-depth understanding of the extent of the monster potentials and strengths and the degree of evilness he wishes to unleash to the entire cosmos. But when man discovered the secret to the death of the monster, man then comprehend the difficulty of the task ahead and the need to act fast in order to nip the problem from the bud. Man has to device different means and strategies to temporally hurt the presence of air which is the only means the monster existence will come to an end. All human efforts to stop him always ended up in fruitlessness; but that didn't deter man from the quest to kill the monster. From what man thought is a foolish idea brought the solution that the world has been searching for many years. The monster was finally defeated, and the world returned back to its normal state of order. With the sole purpose of defeat the monster, racism, nepotism and tribalism were defeated; globalization and gender equality were enthroned. Man's greatest danger towards scientific quest for the solution was his belief that the problem was created as a result of man's sinfulness and the believed that through penance that God will uplift the curse and normalcy will be restored. When it is dawn on them that penance will not solve the problem, man has to device to other means to stop the monster and finally the solution comes through scientific means. Man's persistence and believes that no problem is insurmountable rather it will only take time made them to defeat the monster. The writer believes that Aids is not a curse from God but rather a challenge to the human race that need to be surmounted. He believes that with persistence and resilience that one day that the cure for the Aids and other human threats will be arrested.
