Toby tries hard to understand the world with his seven year old mind, while trapped in a thirty year old body. An accident at birth left him with limited mental capabilities, while his identical twin, Tom, seemed to excel at everything. The loving bond between the two boys grew even stronger when their parents were killed and they were sent to live with their aunt and uncle. Toby struggles to understand life when Tom gets married and he is left at home. But, when tragedy strikes, Toby goes to live with Tom and his new bride, Joann. An elderly Christian attorney and his wife come to their rescue and find more trouble than they expected, while trying to prove that Toby is innocent.
