For Volkaan Berkochi, that world had always been made of stars.
The idea came quietly — one night, while watching the sky from his California window. The moon hung low, trembling on the horizon, and he thought: Every planet must have a story. Every orbit, a feeling. Every light, a memory.
From that thought, Lumen Mercury was born — a book not only about the smallest planet, but about the restless messenger within us all. It was science, myth, and poetry woven together — a dance of intellect and heart. Mercury’s swiftness mirrored the poet’s mind; his heat, the burning of creation.
