Manipulation Under Anesthesia is the first book to present the procedure from a historical perspective to present day use. Focusing on all aspects of MUA technique, the text provides an outline that represents this procedure from a scientific perspective, along with information concerning patient selection criteria, and documentation explaining outcomes from patient procedures. It discusses the protocols and standards by which the procedure should be incorporated into the facilities where it is being performed, features an overview of the generic procedure and policies for documenting results, and addresses the overall use of the procedure from pre-MUA through post-MUA rehabilitation.
