In this book, we will start by discussing habits, their influence on our lives, and how they can improve our character. Next, we will explore which habits are beneficial for us, how to find our purpose in life, and how to be happy and enjoy what we have. Then, we will combine these ideas to make our lives easier and more beautiful, aligning them with Islamic teachings and Shariah. We will also link the first two chapters to Islamic teachings to help us find our true meaning.

In the fourth chapter, you will learn about a game of characters where you will identify the best fit for yourself and try to apply it in your lives, hoping for positive change. Finally, in chapter five, we will learn about the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ, why They are important, how we can value Them, and some forgotten Sunnah practices we can apply into our daily lives,
