This can be used to obtain the maximum possible information flow in a network. Network coding is implemented in different scenarios; uni-casting, multi-casting and broadcasting. In multicast networks, network coding has proved to be better than the normal routing algorithms in different aspects as it increases the throughput and reduces the delay.
