Basically, for Cobb, the fourth dimension makes the other three possible and life cannot work even as a concept without it -- which Life might ultimately be: just a concept. Didn't Time have to come first, before the Big Bang, in order to have at least something in which that bang could occur? Is Time the almighty Creator we still search for so relentlessly?
