Remana means to refine or cleanse. The remana we speak of is the refinery of the spirit which when done properly gives the mind and body access to all its capacity. The way we think can hinder our connection to the energy or spirit of life that is inside all. Thoughts are the beginning of everything. Thoughts connect us in so many ways. Have you ever noticed that we share a lot of thoughts in common. Have you ever had a thought for something, like your favorite meal and someone, for instance a friend or relative prepares that meal? Maybe not for you, but in still, they had the thought to prepare it. Or maybe you had an idea for an invention but procrastinated, then months or years later someone came out with the inventions that was your idea? In my belief we all share thoughts. For thoughts are not our own but flow from the essence of creation within the universe. Thoughts travel in waves of frequency throughout the universe and we all have the capacity of receiving them, however some of us do not open our receptors to receive them and others just ignore the thoughts or just do not act upon them to bring them into manifestation. In this story, 20 years of age Rem Elba is experiencing thoughts and dreams in which she is uncertain if they are her own. No matter how many people tell her that they are her own thoughts and that she is just being irrationally paranoid about them, she feels somehow that they are not hers and she is determined to understand why she feels this way and if these thoughts are not hers alone then whose thoughts are they and why is she having them.
