So much shame. We use food, alcohol, sugar, shopping, or our phones as rewards, punishments, or distractions. We have crappy boundaries or no boundaries at all. We don't ask for what we want or need in relationships. We feel like we need to conform when what we really want is to be the amazing weirdos we are! Sound familiar?
