Peer Mediators deal with active participation in problem-solving tasks which results to a more responsible learner. Peer Mediators develop better communication and leadership skills and improve academic performance. Parents of peer mediators can also expect a more loving and respectful child. As for the teachers, peer mediators can help them in resolving classroom disputes and tension between them and such learners and can result in a better teacher-learner relationship. It can be implicit that the outcome of peer mediation method and traditional method will reduce learners¿ with behavioral problems.
