The Self-Care Journal invites the user to begin the process of journaling with the intent to work on issues you may be having in your life. Introductory pages welcome you to write down the problems you are facing currently and set goals for where you would like to finish. Think of this journal as your 90 day intensive self-reflection to overcome specific obstacles you are otherwise having trouble defeating. Each day you may write out your mind and body goals, your inspiration and affirmations for the day, quotes, gratefulness, and acts of self care for the day. There are 2 pages per day for a total of 98 days worth of journaling. You can use this as your standalone journal for 98 days or use it in tandem with your other journals.
