I know you are afraid; I know you want to keep this secret, and I know you are desperate, and you are frantic about what to do. The first thing I want you to do is to take a deep slow breath in through the nose and then out through the nose. I know this may sound silly; however, I learned this in yoga and meditation, and it is calming and peaceful. You are worthy and you are worth it. Now please take a deep breathe now.
