Prologue:I don't think I can remember a time we weren't at war with the Clockworks. Machines that are seemingly sentient enough to take orders and follow commands. But whose? The Steam King's. They have ruled the clockworks for a long time now. Terrorizing the kingdom of Acadomis. We are a peaceful nation that arose from the ashes of the long past gear war that ravaged the world. Derived from war and still at war. So far we have been in a bloody stalemate with them; the heartless machines and their creator. I'm sure you're wondering why I am putting all of this in my letter to you. As you know, I am a soldier of the Acadomis military, and now we are on our way to siege the Steam King's castle. It was inevitable that we did, I guess. They told us today was the day it starts. Hopefully we can end this once and for all. Though, I know as do you, how successful these excursions have been in the past. Raven and I are both part of the main assault group. Hopefully we will live to see this through and bring an end to this conflict once and for all. Well, I believe that is enough to say about that-please take care, Mom, Dad.
