Conventional psychology has made very little progress in treating mental disorders. Sigmund Freud showed us the vast depth of the subconscious; however, he and his successors had little success in actually curing disorders. Currently, the mainstay of psychiatric therapy is through medications, which broadly and relatively indiscriminately numbs the brain, with many unintended side effects. The main motivation for this book was the incredible effectiveness of the techniques we've developed in treating various mental disorders including depression, anxiety, neurosis, insomnia, etc. Our motivation also is due to many of our patients who urged us to use this medium to spread our techniques quickly so many more people may benefit from it. The success rate has been incredible, with certain disorders reaching a 100 percent cure rate. Our techniques were founded through years of treating real patients and the feedback we received during this process. From this, we discovered a deeper understanding of how the mind functions and hence how to influence it in any desired direction.
