These targets can be lost easily So to understand the answer Your goal now is your need now. What do you need now? Determine your need now. And make it the target. Like, I want to have my own room. Or my own corner in the home ... I want to set it as I want. ... So that's your goal at this moment. I want to have the first hour of the morning, specific for me. To study, to meditate, or to pray. That's your goal for right now. If you can own your room... Or your place in the home... And you can set it as you want so this can be accomplish for you ... And you can feel that you are happy to get it by yourself. If you can have the first hour in the morning just for yourself... Away from hassle and responsibilities so you already got your goal.
