When 11 year-old Rosa Garcia disappears from an El Paso, Texas playground, Sheriff Leo Tellez hires Penny Larkin, a new comer to controlled remote viewing. Hoping to find Rosa, quickly Sherriff Tellez takes a big chance on Penny, but quickly fires her when she can't find the child fast enough.
