This three-part series of impressionist poems, inspired by Dante Alighieri's three-part Divine Comedy, describes the maturing thoughts and experiences of a wandering narrator, The Nomad. In this epic, The Nomad explores physical and conceptual realms of personal experience. In these realms, he encounters and sometimes conjures up people and ideas that inspire him to define who he is and what he believes. This development of thought and these experiences enable The Nomad to discover his true meaning and purpose in the modern world. Through his grasp of poetry, The Nomad explains how hope, dignity, belongingness, and love provide the groundwork for new and eternal wanderings.
