Unoptimistic that he would survive, Truman sees his vision realised when Alex makes a startling recovery with the help of a serum that introduces nanomachines to his body, allowing faster healing and sharper senses. Truman delivers a blow that could make or break his vision for Alex, he informs Alex that his wife Sarah and daughter, Emily were murdered by heinous cult, The Arc of Evermore.
