The Unwind is about unleashing your soul to understand oneself and delve into true love completely. The story revolves around Meera and Arjun who are like the 'Yin & Yang'. Their relationship goes through phases to realise the true love for each other and a stable approach towards life. They make us believe that falling in love with the understanding of the person whom we fall in love is important and this will help us transcend through the rough patches of the relationship. We all are bound with ego, anger, confusion, jealously and all these qualities make us a human. The moment we overcome these emotions and understand the true purpose of life, we redeem ourselves from the entanglements and learn to be one with our soul. Meera and Arjun helps us look into the mirror to 'Unwind' ourselves. The story is set in the background of southern Tamil Nadu, India in the year 2005. Meera and Arjun started their journey as two strangers connected with each other through their phones and lived a life of that of Adam and Eve until the forbidden apple named 'Love' was eaten by our Eve aka Meera. Meera and Arjun saw the rough days in their relationship, and it ripped both apart. But when there is darkness at night, there is always a sunshine the next morning. The memories kept them together. It was strong, emotional and real feeling. They both realised there is vulnerability being in love, and it only made both strong.
