Tamantha begs her to meet her at the old cemetery and begs Shannon to help her get away from the drug running and violence she was involved in with the Chief. In the dark cemetery, Tamantha is shot and the two women take off. They are first the pursued through the swamps and bayous, then after running away into Voodoo Bayou, they arrive at Tante Mambo's shack and the Voodoo priestess performs a ceremony for the protection of the two women. Armed with Talismans and Erzulie, Voodoo Goddess, they become the pursuers.
