Although the investigation begins in Australia, Aaron is whisked away to Boston to continue his work in relative safety, but never makes it there. Instead he finds himself in Tibet, searching for mystical truths that connect to his research. Ancient myths and superstition take the science professor and the detective into the world of Buddhism and the prophecy of a secret organization called, The Observers. The investigative case and the prophecy intertwine, unearthing a conspiracy that threatens to destroy life on Earth.
